Boek.be
Boek.be is the non-profit centre of competence for the Flemish book trade. It serves and brings together the different book publisher situated in Flanders, the Dutch speaking part of Belgium. Boek.be is also home to a collecting society for Flemish Book Publishers (Librius), a Books-in-print title database and ISBN portal (Meta4books vzw) and the non-profit organisation offering online access to textbook material (Knooppunt). Boek.be has broad experience with promoting books and readership. It organises different actions and events amongst which the Antwerp Book Fair which draws a crowd of more than 100,000 visitors a year. The Knowledge centre of Boek.be provides economic statistics, business and tech news as well as legal information to the trade organisations and other stakeholders (e.g. researchers, media, public authorities).
