Translator, Author, Consultant - Freelance, Portugal

I've been working in the publishing industry for over a decade now. I started as an editorial assistant and went on to fill other positions in several prestigious Portuguese publishing houses.
In 2011, I decided to become a freelance translator, copywriter, and consultant. In 2016 my book on "How to Publish Your Book - The Portuguese Publishing Industry Inside and Out" was released by Bertrand (Bertelsmann), and since then I've written several other books, including a children's book and a long essay.
I have been lucky enough to translate several great authors from the English language to Portuguese (Lucia Berlin, John Fante, Jack London, Elizabeth Strout, Hank Green, Yuval Harari ...), and that is what I hope I'll keep doing in the future.
