Anna Mioni

Literary agent and translator - AC² Literary Agency, Italy

Anna Mioni is a literary agent, translator, editor and scout. In 2012 she founded her own AC² Literary Agency, focused on representing quality fiction and non-fiction for adults, YA and children. AC² represents Italian publishers and authors, and foreign publishers and agencies, in Italy and worldwide.
Since 1997 Anna Mioni has translated 80 novels and non-fiction books from English and Spanish, by authors including Douglas Coupland, Lester Bangs, Sam Lipsyte, Tom McCarthy, Nell Zink, Johnny Marr, Ling Ma... She has worked as an in-house editor for two publishing houses. Anna has also been shortlisted twice for the Premio Monselice prize for translators. She teaches literary translation workshops in college and post-college education in Italy, in class and online.
