LATE – Linha de Apoio à Tradução e Edição

The Linha de apoio à tradução e edição (LATE), created in 2020 through the merger of the programs of the Archives and Libraries (DGLAB) active for more than 30 years, and the program of the Instituto Camões, IP. The LATE coordinates and implements an integrated policy for non-school books, libraries and the promotion of reading. Its main objectives are: to support cultural institutions in encouraging the spread of Portuguese literature abroad; to carry out programmes of assistance to book publishing and literary journals.
