Working at AIE since 2005, I took part to several national and EU projects for the development of new services for the publishing industry, focusing the effective management of bibliographic, commercial and rights information in the content value chain using the main international standards, including ARROW, ARROW Plus, Linked Heritage, Eleonet, Edrene, LIA. In ARROW and ARROW Plus I was part of the technical work groups focusing on metadata interoperability between the library and the publishing sector and on the development of standard message formats for rights information exchange. In the framework of training activities provided by AIE, I have been working at courses for publishers on metadata management and usage of XML – based standard communication formats and hold lectures at the post degree course on publishing at the University of Milan.
