Teresa Juan

TERESA JUAN LÓPEZ (Madrid, 1979) is a multidisciplinary artist and Journalist. Poet, storyteller, traveller. She loves dancing, painting, music, photography and all expressions of art and beauty. She has travelled all around the world, capturing it in images.

She is author of the bilingual poetry books "Poems at five", published (Algorfa Editorial, 2020), "Soul Songs" (Algorfa Editorial, 2022), "Poems of light" and "Fulfilled Soul" (2024). These books had become performances shown in the theatre where she combined dancing, poetry reading, live music and video poetry. She has been former President of Multicultural Association ProArte Denia. She has created the musical poetry group Celêstial Echoes, with one album released.

Her holistic vision of arts as a compendium that integrates all expressions and unifies them, provides uniqueness to all her initiatives. Her experiences are an invitation to create, even an invitation for the audience. The audience stops being the audience and starts becoming someone tempted to paint, dance, capture in images, compose or use the voice as an instrument of joint creation. Where all arts walk together and don´t travel alone. Where they worship the unity of their own origin.
